This work is rooted in over 25 years of experience facilitating transformational spaces through sound, art, ritual, ceremony, dreamwork, education, and healing practices.
Shannon’s approach blends sound healing, expressive arts, trauma-informed facilitation, nervous system awareness, shamanic practice, and intuitive guidance in a grounded and compassionate way.
Her studies include advanced training in sound therapy, trauma-informed and somatic plant medicine facilitation, shamanic healing practices, art psychotherapy, mindfulness, and ceremonial leadership, including mentorship and training with respected teachers such as Liddy Flewelling, Robert Moss and Earth Medicine traditions.
